THIS time it's about the Orlando guy.

Really, I don't hate him. I do not wish a plague upon his house. I don't even wish a root canal upon him, or that he get a cold and spend a week in bed snifflin' and sneezin'. I quite plainly don't hate him.

And why would I? He fit the rather effeminate Legolas pretty well. He made for a shy, boyish hero in PotC, a good contrast to Depp's loud, swaggering persona. I didn't see "Troy," but I'm told he was pretty horrible in it.

And I don't hate him. I hate imperialism. I hate that my faucet is dripping. I hate that the wireless network at the uni sucks so bad. I hate lots of things, things that have bearing on my life somehow. I don't hate Orlando Bloom. Am I the only one?

    That movie was pretty awesome, I thought. His acting didn't seem off to me much at all.

    Really, its more that the dialogue was nothing short of craptastic.

    Actually, I thought Kingdom of Heaven was great. Make sure you see the director's cut of it, though. The theatrical version is terrible; a lot of important things were cut out.
