    Where hes sort of side on at an angle , it looks to me as if the laser was a glancing hit but the surface hit by the laser is a circle in the middle of his chest so it gives the 3d feel of a direct hit. The laser beam looks as if its a straight line just going from the gun to the side of the screen , you should stop the laser on point of contact with the fade and make a new layer coming out from behind his back if you know what i mean, to give it that depth as if the laser point of entry of his chest and the exit is the other side in the middle of his back which you cant quite see. You could try adding shadows aswell.

    But v nice 1st try <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />

    I fully support a laser beam weapon, as long as it's gritty enough looking. Unfortunately I don't know what purpose it could serve that isn't all ready filled.

    Maybe if the grenade launcher did less damage to players and the beam bounced around the room it could be area denial.
