I know, right!
In short, it's not a serious lawsuit. It's a statement.

I think he was serious, he was blaming god for 9/11, all the natural disasters and so forth and the lawyers even said it was an elligible case that your going to take up to the high court (i think he means congress) or did he just say court?
[...]Chambers says he’s trying to make the point that anybody can file a lawsuit against anybody. Chambers says in his lawsuit that God has made terrorist threats against the senator and his constituents, inspired fear and caused “widespread death, destruction and terrorization of millions upon millions of the Earth’s inhabitants.â€
And under the heading "Suit in protest":
Chambers said the lawsuit was triggered by a federal suit filed against a judge who recently barred words such as “rape†and “victim†from a sexual assault trial.
Sounds like a statement to me. I don't know whether he's intending to go through with the case as far as he can get, but it doesn't like the reasons stated in his suit are the actual reasons he's suing. I don't want to be snide, but did you read the article I linked?

hmm i see, i couldn't pay attention because i was still in shock that he even made such a rediculous file lol.
WHAT?! D: LIES! ALL LIES!
If Alanis Morisette is homeless then we're set, really.
Morgan Freeman is God, both in the movie Bruce Almighty and in real life.
The fact that the stretch of television from noon until 5pm is filled with crappy civil cour judges is ridiculous; those people should not have such prominent jobs.
Before anyone brings of the McDonald's coffee: it was heated too hot, it melted her pants and scalded her, which is much hotter than coffee should be when given to a customer...despite the fact that usually you avoid pouring boiling coffee on your lap.
Depends entirely on the context.
"I'm the victim here!"
"Err, establishing that is the point of this trial. Please refrain from making unproven assertions."
"But I was raped by that man!"
"Again, that hasn't been proven."
Incidentally, does anyone have any info on what the actual context IS? Or for that matter, what was so frivolous about the lawsuit that prompted this?

That lots of people are money grubbing insects who wish to try to sue anyone for the slightest offense... and i agree, someone should write a letter explaining to them that they should raise the amount to be sued for to like nothing under 500 dollers.
People these days....
Like a newly-formed star.
Ummm really dense....
Aww, that's so sweet.
LawL?
why am i so, as you put it "retarded" which is politicly incorrect btw.
Just because i hate the humans main attraction to have more of something and feel superior?

You know what, I think you hit the nail on the head. That's exactly why you're "r*tarded." (I put a star in it so that I'm not being offensive!)
lol, that's the most pathetic excuse to call someone a "retard" that i've ever heard in my entire life.
So now, thinking differently makes you a "retard" lol, wow, i never thought i'd see the day when people were insulted for what they think about something.

I know, isn't it awful? For the first time in history, people are being insulted for thinking something.

That's one of the biggest reasons why people are insulted.

People get insulted for what they think about things all the time. Hell, people get KILLED for their opinions in some places. Be glad you're only getting insulted.
