bindinf "fn" key

Is there a program that would let me bind Fn key to duck. I recently got a new laptop and need to switch the duck binding from crtl to Fn key.

the fn key is usually pretty special for laptops so I'm not sure if that is one that would get sent to the application. The combination of fn+key would possibly be sent however.

might have to get a 3rd party program that will remap your keyboard or something
