I'm thinking of taking the broken 360 (red ring of death) from my work's lunch room. What proof of ownership do I need to get the repair?

From what ive heard, just the serial #.

If they ask you for a Live name, just tell them that you dont have one.

I think I'd just tell the repair representative and see what he or she can do, or what is required, to get the console repaired.
