<div class="IPBDescription">For Once =P</div>Specifically, I just wanted to point out the fact (which I'm sure you're all aware of, but meh) that <b>players should be rewarded for improving the overall gameplay</b>.
Jetpacks vs Heavies is a great example of this. Jetpacks require more skill to use, are fragile, and can do more things, better, than heavies (even though heavies definitely have hard-counter uses with lerks and such).
The main point being that a smart player will do whatever the game requires in order to win, so if the game allows him to win in a more efficient way, that more efficient way should be better gameplay than any of the other available options.
That's all.
