yep <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" /> tried to remove / re-add, then close and open again.
i rebooted and it worked for a few compiles and now its doing it again.
if i go back to hammer 3.4 rather than the beta 3.5 could this fix it ?
Its a ###### I know anyone else got a simpler fix?
Copy your ns & ns2 wads to a different location. Point at the new location (I used to use my games drive so it would be E:\Mapping\Wads.
You don't have to use the wads from in the game location.

This is a good suggestion.
But I access the ns/ns2 wads in their default location with no problems...
By the sound of your problem schkorpio, (works for a while after a reboot) you may have bigger problems brewing. If I were you, I'd do some hard drive backups.
Edit: Mind you, thinking about it a bit more, when I open and close Hammer a bunch of times, I've seen it do weird things with my wads as well. Try just leaving hammer open while you compile.
