Assuming this brush mirroring related (posted in mapping forum).

You can select -> copy -> paste any brush or brush group (while holding CTRL) like in most other programs. If you want to mirror one of them you can use Hammer's built in "Flip objects" tool

It is located in the menu under Tools -> Flip objects -> Horizontal or Vertical

To make it work correctly you need to select on of the three 2D viewports you want to flip it on...

If this is not what you are asking... Go rephrase the question with more information perhaps <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />

If you want to "clone" something so it has the same properties and everything as the other than select your brush or entity and keep a hold of SHIFT and click and drag your selected item. Then let go of your mouse and you should have a cloned object. Just be careful not to accidently press shift then click and drag something and not move the selected item...sometimes that can cause problems if you keep the same cloned thing ontop of one another.
