fps low only in dev mode

when i use dev mode the fps is low when simple make game then it goes to my max fps 60

why ? is that a problem ?

That's likely your problem. Set a goal to keep that number at or below 800. I bet when you turn around and face the wall (and fewer polies are rendered) your fps goes back up.
