Make the aliens look meaner with each new hive

ok guess this is a bit premature because it is unknown whether ns2 will use the 3 hive system, but i think it would be cool if each alien species looked slightly different with each new hive built.
Dont know how exactly... but with each hive they should look more intimidating and difficult to kill (cause in reality the ARE more difficult to kill with each hive)
For example skulk could grow a spiney bristleback and have longer teeth, a lerk could have a wider wingspan... etc.

If NS2 has dynamic player models this should be certainly part of it.
The more the aliens advance, the darker and meaner looking their style shoul be. Darker armor plates, bigger tusks, more spikes, blood red eyes etc.
It would also mean that certain upgrade (like carapace) could be visible on the model itself. An injured alien could also break tusks, or have bruises and cracks in their armor plates. Soo many great visual possibiltys.
Also, marines and aliens should have visible damage as they are hurt.
Agreed -- although more along the lines of different look for different upgrades (which would be more upgrades with more hives).

Agreed, tho darker with each new hive and look different with what upgrade the player has.
