Copyright concerns with ns-domains

Since I'm thinking about registering a natural-selection.** domain I wanted to ask weather there is some kind of agreement with the community, that UW Entertainment will not claim such domains.
I've seen it happen with all those diablo.de, etc. domains who were taken by Blizzard and I would hate to se the same thing to happen with my domain.
I don't think that Flayra would to this but who knows if UWE won't be sold to an investor in a couple of years? A contract that keeps the owner of the ns-trademark from claiming domains used by the community would be handy should it ever come to something like this.
