We're currently looking for talented artists who can help us bring Natural Selection 2 to life.

We have an immediate need for level texture artists, modelers, animators and concept artists. We're looking for experienced or highly talented folks. We can't pay you up front but are offering a revenue share on gross NS2 profits, which we think will pay you as much or more then an hourly rate, so long as you can wait that long!

Well, my brother is woundering if the pay would be good, he doesn't play many games, so I told him about it, and fresh out of college with many awards, I guess he fits under talented, he wants to know if you would hire someone who has never animated for a game.

As it says, we're not paying the contributors up front but rather through revenue share. So how well the job pays is entirely based off how well the game sells. Knowing how well the game is going to sell would be a really handy piece of information, but unfortunately we don't know! The best we can do is estimate and try to craft an arrangement that we believe is fair and will compensate people well if the game is successful.

We're not specifically looking for an animator right now, but we still like to hear from people that are awesome; we're flexible and if there's someone we're really excited about working with we'll find a way to make it happen. The correct way to contact us at jobs@unknownworlds.com (and please include a portfolio).

    Max

Yes please share some examples of his work. The community cares a great deal about NS. We would be at peace and even highly support him if we knew of his talent. You'd be suprised how supportive the NS community can be.
