Good Plugins?

I'm currently working on a Natural-Selection server at my home and I wanted to get input from other players out there. AMX mod is what I have chosen to run on the server, and I already have a few little plugins installed. What are some good plugins I should include on my server which will improve server operation and funness? Thanks.
