Most good players use a low sens which reduces the margin for error in your aim. Which is why aliens will try to move as much as they can in the air to marine aim to the limit. <!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Darm, I got my sensitivity at like.... 20.... and I've been playing since like 1.04....
Well it depends on many things; the sensitivity of your mouse, your window sens and how quick your reactions are. You just need to find a sens in which you can comfortably track bhopping skulks, then you will get a lot better with practice.

It's probably on the ensl website. If you saw the match I'm sure you remember the part where me and Steve kill a bunch of fades at west skylights. That would be good for your video I think. <!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd--> nL has never lost a round to Reflect. You're talking about the NAmix vs. EUmix match.
Would it be possible to make the packaging less hardware intense this time? I run ns at fps 80-100 most of the time and still the 2nd coming film was way too much for my system. Fana's films on the other hand run fine and are excellent quality.

Take his POV, I've seen mine and the aim isn't really that spectacular save the pistol whip on the third fade that stayed around baiting the other two. Was more the jetpack movement that froze the fades that made the play. Lulzworthy nonetheless.

For this I intend to release a xvid version as well as my normal x264 version for those who don't have new cpus.
Performance issues with x264 are mostly player based. Many people have Quicktime 7 installed and use it as their standard player. Unfortunately, qt7 is extremely slow in decoding, as well as the Windows media player. The fastest & best windows players atm are: vlc, mplayer (both come with their own codecs), media player classic (combined with ffdshow for decoding).

And as we enter the final days I see people have still been to lazy to upload demos and are still telling me what to watch <b>which completely defies the whole point fo this thread...</b>
At this rate i'm just gonna make a shortlist of frags I remember, because I cba to sift through 200 demos. I just don't have the time. Which no doubt means i'll miss out a few classic scenes but meh :[
Lagga if I may suggest something, I think you should try techno in this video. In the past you've had more rock music in your vids, but for me personally I enjoy techno in frag vids more.
Listen to "Put Your Hands Up for Detroit" by Fedde Le Grand and see if you like it.
"One Night In Bangkok" by Global Deejays might work too.

No seriously, I think techno works well too, but make sure it is something good.. and not the crazy europop styled dance music. I've often wondered how an NS frag movie from some industrial sounding techno like plastikman or autechre would work out.
Well for starters, there has been a complete lack of anyone submitting demos for themselves or other people, and currently I just don't ahve the time to look through tonnes of demos, too much uni work to catch up on. Secondly I do intend to include a wider spectrum of music, by wider spectrum I mean rock, dnb with a bit fo indie thrown in <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" /> But due to the type of frag movie this is, a soundtrack isn't <b>as</b> important.
And sorry but I don't think i'd keep my sanity if I had to hear put your hands up for detroit over and over as I edited the movie.
But seriously, work wise I think i might ahve to delay doing anything till june-ish because I've got extra work to do that i didn't find out about till about a week ago <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" />
So hopefully this will give people time to actually get off their a*ses and submit some demos themselves.

What the hell would he do with 6gb of demos? Man you people are dense. The point here was to get nominations for best NS frags ever, not to get lambasted with a crapload of... crap.
Well gawd. It was from all the old ns version that I didn't bother deleting. Had like 3-4 seasons worth of demo's that I was too lazy to delete until it started hitting 6 gigs.
Indeed, the whole point was for people to submit/nominate their favourite frags they've ever seen from all versions so I could get ahold of the demos make a shorlist and so on.. It's not just about yourself. The idea was to show the highest of highs in the NS comp scene, not just to pump more air into the ego's of the new kids in town...

hi there new kid
ps: im not going to upload a demo but ill give a suggestions anyways: ns world cup 1, uk vs finland, metal with fi on marines. zack kills like 4 skulks in the hive alone or something like that cant remember
A video or a demo? because fade frags arent that good video material unless its against jps, its pretty much only about killing people who arent shooting at you.
