I will start it up.
So, due to RFC suggesting a webcomic thread, I will start posting mine (and try to keep up with others people post).
Most of what I am posting is NSFW for various reasons (swearing, fanservice, blood, gore, or the fact that you are reading comics at work!)
The author of No Rest For The Wicked has a very nice listtign of webcomics on her page Here, there are some duplicates, and I will be adding them onto the list as I go through them, but it it worth checkign out.
Quick note:
I don't go in for random humor, I just don't like it generally, thus why things like Perry Bible Fellowship are not listed. I will put em up if people add em and give me links.
My webcomics in no particular order:

Friendly Hostility: A rather strange Webcomic.
Penny and Aggie: I love the art style of this one and the stories can be fairly amusing. Started out more as a casual comic with mini stories but the characters have filled out a bit and it's starting to develop a full story of sorts. (Description by Geminosity)
Sexy Losers: Not gona link to it.
The Pet Professional: The Pet Assassin.
Least I Could Do: A nice story, i find it amusing, though you have to start from the beginning. (Metalcat)

Granos: Still fairly young as far as webcomics go but the story seems interesting and the art is different. (Geminosity)
Flintlocke: The manic adventures of a bunch of misfits in World of Warcraft. It's slowed down a bit and they've taken on a rather cool looking new art style recently. Definitely worth a read if you haven't seen it before. (Geminosity)
Juathuur: Fairly unique comic that feels like a blend of Ninjas + tribes + magic. Again, has a good story, interesting cast and the art ain't bad. (Geminosity)
Two Kinds: Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Obviously made by a furry if you ask me but inspite of that it can sometimes be worth reading <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />(Geminosity)
Short Packed: Kinda boring when it goes on a story arc but the one-off strips can be a good giggle.(Geminosity)

The Last Days of Foxhound: Metal Gear-themed. Awful artwork, but fun and engaging plot. (lolfighter)
Girly: Quirky, humorous. Odd art style. Not safe for home, let alone work. Contains people getting hit on the head with words that are (quite ridiculously) censored on these forums or fired into space with rockets (though not so much lately). I think both those happened to the same person once. In that order. (lolfighter)
Pointless: Graphical novel. As always including humour. Something about shadowy attackers from alternate dimensions or whatever. Updates sporadically. (lolfighter)
User Friendly Geeky, nerdy. Description superfluous. If you don't know it, you won't get it anyway. (lolfighter) (Thansal note: It has FUZZY!)

Freefall: Apparently it's some sort of furry comic, but I didn't know until I looked up the site it's hosted on. It's a story about an alien, a robot, and some giant wolf thing. They run a starship and they're traders or something. There's a bunch of physics jokes in it somewhere, and it basically mesmerized me one day for about an hour until I snapped out of it. I don't read it anymore, but I might start some day. (TychoCelchuuu)

Little Gamers: Gaming comic, mostly 2 guys sitting on a couch. Drawing style makes them look like "******* children of Hello Kitty and Bomberman" (oh, and they have no Wang) (DiscoZombie)

It has a good blend of plot and humor And a bad*** switchblade wielding bunny. Ka-click (boomholio, who only has one post) (Thansal note: the first few years are great, however the plost lines tend to suck and bring the entire thing down, my first webcomic, but I stopped reading it years ago)

Arbuckle: Garfield through Jon's eyes More of an experiment than a comic, this site redraws Garfield strips and removes Garfield's thought bubbles. Since garfield canon is that Jon can't actually see/hear what Garfield is thinking/saying, this is how Jon actually sees each strip. As the site says;
""Garfield" changes from being a comic about a sassy, corpulent feline, and becomes a compelling picture of a lonely, pathetic, delusional man who talks to his pets. Consider that Jon, according to Garfield canon, cannot hear his cat's thoughts. This is the world as he sees it. This is his story."
Artwork and updates inconsistent, since anyone can send in strips (even I have, and I suck at drawing). Apparently there's some copyright issue with just deleting garfields words from original comics.(X_Stickman)
Droop A comic by the same guy who does Horribleville. Totally random and utterly crazy. Sometimes funny, sometimes not (and sometimes even this seems intentional), sometimes hilarious.(X_Stickman)
Outsider Well drawn comic about a future in which Earth goes to space and finds it at war, and has to decide which side to join, or be destroyed outright for remaining neutral. Well, that's the overall plot. So far it's just a guy being captured. Dunno what the updates are like, but there are over 50 strips up atm.(X_Stickman)
The Outer Circle: Same artist as Dueling Analogs. Fairly standard webcomic. Some one offs, random cases of plot. So far so fun. (Thansal)

This is a webcomic (now ended) about the Star Wars Customizable Card Game (also ended, although it ended long before the actual comic did). It's really only funny if you've played SWCCG (for example, the title won't make sense unless you have), but it's pretty good if you DO play SWCCG. So there. (TychoCelchuuu)
LickMyJesus: its a photo-comic made by 4 guys. when its funny its hilarious, and when its not funny its still oddly humorous. most of the comics are completely unrelated, but some of the great ones refer to older ones. (6john6doe6)
Kid Radd - Probably the uniqueness of this comic is that it uses a 'console-type' browser to view the comic. The plotline overall is pretty good, though it takes a bit to start off. The animations is really good, and sets the tone for the whole comic. I'm horrible at making reviews, so just go read it. You'll enjoy it. (Theslan, NOT Thansal)

I don't go in for random humor, I just don't like it generally, thus why things like Perry Bible Fellowship are not listed. I will put em up if people add em and give me links.

Count Your Sheep Comic about a girl and her imaginary friend, who may not be totally imaginary. Cutest. Comic. Ever.(X_Stickman)
Legostar Galactica A comic that mixes in parts of most Sci-Fis out there (but mostly Star Trek and Star Wars), and is made entirely from lego.(X_Stickman)
Dr. McNinja He's a Doctor first, a ninja second. But the comic focuses on the ninja part, since... y'know, Doctorin' is boring. Very funny.(X_Stickman)
PHW Comics A collection of well made GMod comics (none of that "lol Alyx in sexual positions" crap that makes up 99% of GMod comics), both Comedy and "Serious".(X_Stickman)
Fillibuster Cartoons Political comic based on mostly Canadian politics. I just laugh at the funny pictures.(X_Stickman)
HOUSD British comic (fairly sure the author is british, relatively young too I think, since he mentioned taking exams roughly the same time I did, so early 20s ish I suppose). HOUSD is finished now, but the archive is still up, which is why I linked to the first comic in the archive rather than the main page. 1284 comics in the archive, all worth the read.(X_Stickman)
Afterstrife Author of HOUSD's next project, somewhat a continuation of the storyline of HOUSD. Sort of.(X_Stickman)
Joe and Monkey The adventures of Joe and his friend Monkey (who is a monkey) as they battle the not-really-evil Kleptobot. Lots of random humour based on Joes attempts/claims to be "Awesome".(X_Stickman)
You Damn Kid A comic about growing up in a religious family. It's told in a "flashback" style, as in the author is drawing what he remembers. Author is currently taking a long break from posting, to get his "creativity" back.(X_Stickman)
Hey kids, it's the Beevnicks Comic by the same author as You Damn Kid. Follows the life of a weird family. Also on break.(X_Stickman)
Action Trip Gaming comic, somewhat insane at times.(X_Stickman)
Crimson Dark Well made 3D comic about a futuristic space war. Following the crew of a privateer-style ship (NOT pirates, as the captain will tell you himself. Loudly.)(X_Stickman)
Cyanide and Happiness Not work safe. Or anything safe, really. Very random, and hilarious.(X_Stickman)
Arbuckle: Garfield through Jon's eyes More of an experiment than a comic, this site redraws Garfield strips and removes Garfield's thought bubbles. Since garfield canon is that Jon can't actually see/hear what Garfield is thinking/saying, this is how Jon actually sees each strip. As the site says;
(Thansal)
Finished Comics:
FLEM, the jay story line: Not gona link
Queen of Wands: The story of 3 roommates. The plot was wrapped up in the end.
MacHall: A comic based around a college dorm.
Exploitation Now: I'm not quite sure what this was about, been a while. Was really convoluted, but I think there was something about girl geniuses and dark secrets at the end. Also tentacles. Uh yeah, not safe for work. Or grandparents. Generally humour. (lolfighter) (Thansal note: yah, it is random, but fun)
Concerned: The Half-Life and death of Gordon Frohman. Half-Life 2 themed humour. Oh so much humour. (lolfighter)
Forfeit Zero: (links to the very first comic since the "first comic" button doesn't work) - Well, I win the prize for "most obscure." This is a webcomic (now ended) about the Star Wars Customizable Card Game (also ended, although it ended long before the actual comic did).
Dead Comics:
Angst Technology: Geeky Office humor. (Gwahir)
Weekend Warriors: Paintball humor. (Gwahir)
Sorry, We're Open: Gaming store run by brothers. (Gwahir)
Talisman: Another online Graphic Novel. Story didn't get finished.

I have recently come across www.xkcd.com , which I think is a frequently a stroke of genius.
If you are looking for something mentally challenging (or maybe degrading), then I suggest Pokey The Penguin. It is....it's all things, really. It's like the artist threw up a webcomic.
Drop your webcomics into a folder in your bookmarks.
middleclick the folder
use mousegestures to quickly close all the ones that have not updated.

A nice story, i find it amusing, though you have to start from the beginning.
A comic about mmorpgs.
www.nuklearpower.com - a comic making fun of most RPGs, specifically the FF series.
http://nataliedee.com/
not a webcomic as much as a cute/hilarious drawing every day.
she has a husband who also does an often hilarious comic:
http://www.toothpastefordinner.com/
take today's for instance:

XKCD is absolutely brilliant, in particular if you have some math and programming background.
That, and M are the only two comics I frequently read. Unforunately for many of you, the last one is in Norwegian.
Red String : A comic about love, fate, school and living in japan. The art is good, the characters are interesting and the story flows well.
The Lounge : A great read. Cool characters, risque or funny stories and while it can be a bit naughty at times it doesn't really go toooo overboard.
Penny and Aggie : I love the art style of this one and the stories can be fairly amusing. Started out more as a casual comic with mini stories but the characters have filled out a bit and it's starting to develop a full story of sorts.
Garanos : Still fairly young as far as webcomics go but the story seems interesting and the art is different.
Flintlocke : Shame on you for not linking this!!! XD
The manic adventures of a bunch of misfits in World of Warcraft. It's slowed down a bit and they've taken on a rather cool looking new art style recently. Definitely worth a read if you haven't seen it before.
Juathuur : Fairly unique comic that feels like a blend of Ninjas + tribes + magic. Again, has a good story, interesting cast and the art ain't bad.
Two Kinds : Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Obviously made by a furry if you ask me but inspite of that it can sometimes be worth reading :p
Short Packed : Kinda boring when it goes on a story arc but the one-off strips can be a good giggle.
and I never saw Flintlocke before!
muahahaha, my comic horde is growing by the second!
I could actually link quite a few more not on that list but I wouldn't want to spoil you :3
C'est La Vie - The life of a cynical jaded woman from France who's been in America for years, and lives with her womanizing brother and ditzy college friend.
Overcompensating - "100% true journal comic about things that actually happen". Its the fictionalized life of the guy who draws...
Wigu - About a little boy, his family, and Topato Potato and Sheriff Pony, cartoon characters he watches on TV that actually live in a parallel dimension, but seem to show up on earth quite frequently. Also I'm pretty sure the whole archives cover about three days of comic time.
And this is where I realize I really hate describing webcomics and can't do it all that well, so... here's links. Anyone who reads these can feel free to toss on a description.

Dark Legacy Comics. WoW humour.
Errant Story. Graphical fantasy novel. Mixture of funny and serious. Not safe for children (or work).
Exploitation Now. Finished comic. Finished, not dead. IS LORD OF THE RINGS DEAD?! GAH! Uh yeah, not safe for work. Or grandparents. Generally humour.

Girly. Quirky, humorous. Odd art style. Not safe for home, let alone work. Contains people getting hit on the head with words that are (quite ridiculously) censored on these forums or fired into space with rockets (though not so much lately). I think both those happened to the same person once. In that order.
Pointless. Graphical novel. As always including humour. Something about shadowy attackers from alternate dimensions or whatever. Updates sporadically.

Freefall - Apparently it's some sort of furry comic, but I didn't know until I looked up the site it's hosted on. It's a story about an alien, a robot, and some giant wolf thing. They run a starship and they're traders or something. There's a bunch of physics jokes in it somewhere, and it basically mesmerized me one day for about an hour until I snapped out of it. I don't read it anymore, but I might start some day.
I also read a bunch of stuff you guys have already linked. PA, PVP, VGCats and stuff.
