I'll stick to YouTube and save space anyway, unless there's full length movies I won't be using this.
Bittorrent is pretty slow.

Depends on torrent.. I've had torrents that max out my bandwidth from the start, others that crawl slower than a crippled baby thats had its legs chopped off and half its brain eaten.
People will probably still be sticking with YouTube for.. a while.. at least.. this Zudeo will confuse the general public by making them spell such a crazy word, hell, it begins with a Z! How crazy is that!

Requires Divx codec, but hell it allows for some beefy quality, and streaming.

But that Zudeo concept might work out well if it's a hybrid.
Where it uploads at a set rate for low user count
And then leverages bittorrent for high volume.
BT isn't slow when you have 10k seeds for 1k leechers and you're one of the only people on a 140MB/s (note the big 'B') network.

But most torrents don't have 10k seeds, and most people don't have 140 MB/s lines.
Torrents are fast.
Anyway, I definately won't be using this "Zudeo", I'll stick to youtube for vids and if I want to watch a full movie or the likes I'll just torrent it the normal way.
On another note: I seriously hate the download limits around here. We have the most expensive internet in all of europe (costs twice as much as in the netherlands and three times as much as in france), AND we get a crappy 10gig d/l limit (base). Now, ofcourse that screwed me over so I went to the biggest consumer package available (30gig), which costed €15 for the extra 20 gigs. Ofcourse this isn't enough as well so I end up buying 3 volume packs per month or so (€5 & 5gigs each). Not that I have to pay for any of it, nor does my mom care how many packs I buy but still...
Ugh, ######.
[edit: the blanked word was a synonym of "homosexual" in all caps, misspelled and as such resembling the word "HEY"]
Bittorrent is so dependent on use, that as said before, only popular movies will really be watchable.
Youtube doesn't have to worry about that.
Bittorrent chews up bandwidth like hell- if you're on a limited line, or on this program a lot, your ISP will shut you down after a month, easily, if you leave it unchecked.
You're likely to be suspected by your ISP to be doing illegal pirating: And if you've got a jump-the-gun ISP(Cox, Comcast, etc), they'll be sending you quite a letter soon enough.
Having to use a seperate client: Okay, half the greatness of Youtube is being able to use it everywhere. Having to get my own client for this defeats a huge portion of the purpose.
Seriously, Azureus has some genius coders, and this stuff is no-brainer crap. This was a serious waste of resources.
