Japanese dude freaking out at Resident Evil.
We've probably gone through this before, with the kids screaming at Doom 3 and whatnot.
This is funnier, I guarantee it. Japanese dude freaking out, giving himself advice, talking himself through each situation.

LMAO at the end of the RE4 one, th RE2 video was better though.
I lawled at teh engrish.
I have to admit that I don't really like Horror movies and games but that guy's more of a ###### than me <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />
I'm not even scared when I play HL² or HL² EP1, just a few shockers where I shrug and that's it, but that dude screams like hell..
Real or fake, I lol'd. Also: ROFL @how the secondnd vid ends.

yeh, I found it was pretty predictable, that this big monster would fall over. Isn't that a natural thing that you go on distance if something big is about to collapse in front of you ? Seems like that guy is a total retard <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />
Not scared when playing HL2? That's like saying that Super Mario Bros. doesn't scare you. If you want to brag about not being scared when playing a game, pick a game that actually tries to be scary. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />

Exactly; I'm such a scaredy-pants that I never made it past the first enemy in DooM3 (I actually shot him before he turned in to a zombie), but HL2 aren't a problem for me. The games have an eerie ambience, yeah, but they don't go for horror or anything like that. It might be very mildly disturbing, like when the zombies scream when set on fire, but it's not like The Ring or something, which made me scared to go in large rooms for weeks because there might be someone behind me that I could not sense.
But damnit that beginning scared me, biggest shock ever is the guy that hides behind the stairs and say, "hey"

For the record, I blasted that guy before the first word had fully escaped his lips.
And then I was even more freaked out because I had actually killed him, and who knows, he might have been my friend <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" />

Yeah Doom 3 scared the ish out of me <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" /> especially the beginning 2 hours. I couldnt play it without someone else in the room and even then I had to install the Flashlight/Weapon add on <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" />
It's the same as Fettel, when you hallucinate Atma turning at you, the flashback actually ends before you shoot her, it's just you're already in a face capping aim, and Fettel just takes one to the face... Or about 15, in my case...
<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->It's Alma! Get it right or pay the price. I remember just pistol whipping Fettel, then kicking is body around with the slide kick thinking "Is he really dead or is this another hallucination?"
Everytime a friend comes over I have them play FEAR with headphones and just watch them turn into p*ssies. Fun.
FEAR was scary for the first 30 mins but then it just recycled the same scare tactics.
Doom3 was old skool "loud bad guy porting in behing me" tactics. You either love it or hate it.
I thought the RE series was pretty good for atmosphere. Movemement and combt was crap but it scared me <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skulk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::skulk::" border="0" alt="skulk.gif" />
if I camp behind a crate, they wait too. The also got all day. and if i take too long time they "Flush me out"
I also love the way they communicate and the way they fight different and all the time. They are so unpredictable. I'd go so far that to call F.E.A.R the best game i have ever played.
"He is here, take cover! (Planning a ambush)"
"Where should i go?"
"WHERE SHALL I GO!?"
"... Shut the **** up..."
ORAH! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" />

Doom 3 had me on edge but wasn't truly scary.
FEAR had few moments it made me jump, extraction point had 10x better fear tactics then the original.
If you want fear which isnt orientated around getting jumped at from behind or so I STRONGLY recommend the Penumbra demo <a href="http://frictionalgames.com/penumbra" target="_blank">link</a>. It's a first person adventure/action game with little to none orientation around guns (at least in the demo). The atmosphere creeps you out good, while keeping you on edge for a antisipated backstab, but instead it comes very unsuspectedly and requiers quick thinking and not to freeze on the keyboard when your totally stripped of weapons.
I never finished the demo, made it 98% then read a walktrough that I was just a door away from completion.
edit: Although hes a bit dumber. He spent all that time planning on how to kill that guy and reasoning with the amount of ammo left. I'd have grabbed the shotgun and gone gun-ho on that thing's behind before ashley could have pointed out the damned rock (which, by the way, I would have timed correctly, the weenie).
Its like the japanese version of me. O_O I get scared way easily and absolutely refuse to play FEAR. I nearly crapped my pants when, in the demo, you A) went into the tunnel, saw a dead guy then some health packs. You go "oooh! Yay!" but NO, its NOT YAY, its you walking up to the health pack, hearing a creepy giggle and the shadow, then almost creaming myself when I swung around to shoot nothing there. Then B) When you go down that ladder, and you turn around and - BAM! - shes there. Jesus! So I panic, and fly down the ladder, but - SHAZAM! - theres another invulnerable guy there, who - you guessed it - I wasted all of my ammo shooting while I was screaming like a weenie. Yes, I litterally shout out when I play these things. Finally C) at the very end, with that acid trip through the hall way. Oh god. I think I might have litterally crapped myself, theres no joking anymore, I was soiled.

same here dude. But I didn't scream or something <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" /> I just paniced and shot like 3 rounds into that guy who disappears. The appearance of the girl also shocked me but I didn't fall down the ladder <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" /> I just said something like "######!" I think .. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />
I mean, come on, your a armed super soldier with trippy reflexes, just shoot anything that shows up. Being unarmed is another story.

Even though I only played the demo, penumbra was awesome. The graphics were <i>way</i> better than I expected from it, too.
Whatching friends play F.E.A.R. or Doom 3 for their first time, is SO much fun.
<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Try making them play The Cradle from Theif: Deadly Shadows. THAT is fun to watch.
