is there any way for this to be scripted like: as comm e-s route is the medpack, can i script this method so i just press 1 button and it drops a medpack, or comm keys cannot be included in scripts

If they were, it'd be something like Hotkey##, based off the legacy code from 2002 era.
It could be macro'ed easily though. Although I'm not sure how VAC treats macro programs.

VAC can't even detect macro programs, which is because they're 3rd party external software and not client hooks. Also because they aren't <i>CHEATS</i>, which <i>Valve Anti-Cheat</i> is kind of aimed at ...
