now if i join marines, i get into the MS (on the start), or i go in "spectate" (later join) how about if i join at start, there would be a dropship or something in some sort of stasis-cabin where you will be "beamed" down to the IP. in case of later join, you would still in the dropship but there would be a monitor in front of your face (not full-screen) where you can spectate the fighters while you respawn (in case you die as marine you also get here)

The readyroom is pretty much the dropship you start in, look at for a good ex ns_bast.
Spectate thingy is only useless, you dont want to be immersed while spectating you simply want to see the bloody game effectivly.
