<div class="IPBDescription">The Application Could Not Be Started</div>Well, the error message has changed since 181, but I am still unable to start Decoda.

When attempting to start it from the Spark Launch Pad, I get the following, barely helpful error: "The application could not be started."

OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional
Version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601
System Type: X86-based PC
Processor: Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU T7300 @ 2.00GHz, 2001 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s)
Total Physical Memory: 2.00 GB
Total Virtual Memory: 4.00 GB

Graphics Adapter: NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT
Adapter RAM: 256.00 MB (268,435,456 bytes)

I've checked the Steam directory and the user's AppData directory: If there's an error log for Decoda I can't find it.

    I'm still getting the side-by-side configuration-error.

If I try to open a .deproj I get the same side-by-side configuration error.

I'll update the bundled Decoda in NS2 patch 134
