Bioreactor and nuclear reactor redesign

It is clear why solar panels and thermal plants must be placed outside the base. But it seems better to make bio- and nuclear reactors as in-base modules. Really, why i need to go outside to fuel it up? It's better to see them right next to locker where i store uranium and mushroom samples.
Nuclear reactor may be placed in center of multipurpose room (like a large aqarium). I see it like some vertical-designed module similar to Aurora reactors. Bioreactor might be wall-mounted like a fabricator.
