BUG Moonpool building [21956] Freedome mode

Start build moonpool without needed resourses and save game. The load game and you dont see the bulding site of moonpool, but you can deconstruct it and get all the resourses needed to moonpooll.

I can ask where the post office is.

Right now the save system is sort of broken and with the focus on new cool stuff it will likely get pushed back a bit..

But, I will try to reproduce your issue and then put in a bug when I get the chance.
