Looking at the log you have some file size mismatches:

I would verify your install with steam, if that fails I wold try going to the experimental build and seeing if that helps.

Looking at this are you using 32-bit windows? Your logs suggest you are using 32 bit windows.
Steam lists the minimums right here: http://store.steampowered.com/app/264710/
The updated recommended minimums are 64 bit OS systems now.
