What is with this "shuffle again to get a comm" mentality people have anyway?
Teams can be completely dead even waiting for someone to hop in the chair/hive... and people will start calling for another shuffle..as if shuffling magically … -

It's stupid how just a couple green rookies can lower the average enough to allow a stack to be considered "even"

- Relies on a single score for each very different team (my tier 4 becomes a 2 at best on Marine = I'm always a huge handicap for them)

Numbers are also far from reality simply due to one score for both teams...(yes I'm going to beat this dead horse again)
My tier 4 skill means when I get forced to marine it's usually as one of the "better" players to "balance" teams...<… -

No... because the player queued in the browser specifically does not want to spec. It is unfair to force them into spec for any reason.
You're essentially talking about adding in a way for spectators to cut in line ah… -

If we do it your way people would wind up being forced to queue to get into the server, then queue again to get out of spec...

Yet these same individuals who "need" to create fake accounts in order to "enjoy" the game because they're always stuck with rookies... they flat out refuse to even try finding servers with players their own skill level.

Except for the fact that shotguns, mines, grenades, jetpacks, or anything else that requires research isn't considered "useless" by most of the community in general the way railgun exo's are. It's already difficult enough sometimes…If rail research is separate you can basically say goodbye to seeing rail exo being researched... and when it is researched it's likely to be by comms who think it's better so they won't get regular exo...
