What about the stasis rifle? I use that all the time against agressive lifeforms. Just freeze them, do your stuff, freeze again and swim away smoothly.

The problem with the slow terrain loading I only have in the mushroom forest. The only thing I don't have is the FPS drop when driving the cyclops.
The other things are common bugs in the game (at least that's what I experienced and hear…Good idea with that bubbles! The seamoth does have that bubble feature so I am sure they can and will add that to the exosuit too. I know what you mean when you say sometimes you forget that you are underwater. I feel the same in my seamoth sometime…My Base
