Why Wont It Let Me Use My Avatar?

<div class="IPBDescription">its a kinda stupid question but yea....</div> Whenever I tried to upload my custom avatar it says that i cant? is it a size issue because i checked that out and its only like 2.3kb or something.
Anybody able to help...Thanks

    the reason you can't use your custom avatar is becuase they disallowed uploading of custom avatars, you have to get someone else to host the file for you.
