Cellphone Ringtone Help :)

Need some help finding some awsome ringtones. My Motorola Model 120e has the option to create my own for free, using notes. Does anyone know of a site where I can copy down notes for the cellphone, and then punch them into the phone? (As in manually typing the notes out). Im looking for

Metallica
Linkin Park
Rammstien
Disturbed

also Sweet Home Alabama, by Skinnard?

    Most of those are for a Nokia phone. I have a Motorola phone, with a composer also. Will it work?
