    they're nice... i like the waterpainting style you use

    just some questions.. how long have you been drawing with opencanvas?
    is it hard to learn?
    cause ive tried to do the waterpainting effect with photoshop and smudgetool
    i mean.. is it easier with canvas?

    ive been drawing with it since i had my tablet which is about 8months

    no its not hard to learn, it is very simple. 4 pen tools and 3 layer types. very easy

    waterpainting effect is dead simple, it is produced just like a real water colour; when u first start painting with it, it will become light and then darken to the true colour. you can also set transperancys on the pen tools aswell

    Really good focus on both drawings.
    I really like the background on the first image, really gets the sesne of a natural enviroment, which changes from the over-used infestation etc when drawing aliens.

    I like the both a lot, because, like MeanMrMustard (who doesn't appear that mean... Liar), it's really natural-looking. Gives a much different vibe than industrial infestation. Kinda like Kylie's drawing that I saw, it had the Onos and Gorge in a steam. Good stuff.

    And the second one I like a lot because it just makes the Lerk seem like a lord of destruction.
