Electrifying, reserching...
As a commander, how do you get access to the advanced structures, They just appear blacked out on the menu - can't figure out how to unlock HMG's or siege turrets. Also have no idea how to electify stuff...

Please.... I really am as stupid as I sound - just basic english and a diagram of where the hell the buttons for other stuff is. Must be on cardboard pages with a chewable guarentee.

Don't say y'all didn't know at one time....

    For electric RTs:

    1) Build a turret factory. Unless you build one, you cannot electrify.

    2) Click on the RT you want to electrify. There should be a couple of icons. Click the one hat's not recycle.
Electrifying an RT costs 30 res.

A link to the manual, because I'm great and stuff.

    WTH, you Frikkin N00b!

Start a lan game with cheats and hints on. If you look at the hint that pops up when you move your mouse over a disabled button, it will tell you what you need to get it. Then just click the structure (ffor instance for hmg click the armoury) and select the upgrade it says you need (so you would upgrade the armoury). Electrfying stuff happens in the same way: select a turret factory or a resource turret and click the electrify button.

Funny. Anyway, for any others that read here instead of the new player forum, a built turret factory allows for electrification, the armory advancement button on the armory itself allows for heavy guns, and the upgrade button on each individual turret factory allows for siege cannons around that specific turret factory. Wonder if I beat anybody to this.

After seeing the preview, nope I didn't. Tear for me.
