    You guys forgetting the fact that the driver was <b>DRUNK</b>? The only reason the guy was dragged in the first place is cause the driver ran him over, while drunk.

    This isn't an accident, its manslaughter just like every other drunker who kills someone...

    ugh.. i hate drunk drivers AND SUVs... i mean, who seriously needs them.. in the UK they are getting more popular with moms dropping kids off at school. i mean whats the point, incase you see anouther mother you are dire rivals with and your foot slips onto the accerator.. or maybe you buy your wife one, knowing that is she COUGHS the whole thing will explode :|

    oh yes my suv has enough horsepower to plow through a forest, but the paint on the thing is so damn expensive that crossing a twig could cost me millions!

    i have yet to see a Navigator navigate anything with potholes deeper than 3cm

    edit: i drive a neon, not a suv that drinks gas like water ... except faster

    It was an accedent. The drunk driver was an ****, but to say is was not an accedent implies he did it on purpose. Yes, it's still man slaughter, and I agree, the man should be tossed on a bed of razors that slide into a pool of iodine, but don't say this was deliberate.

    I lump Drunk Driving with Speeding. They both take a good thing, and make it worse for everyone else.
