<div class="IPBDescription">How to get their attetion!</div> Lst night i had a team that just didn't seem to listen, frustrated and upset I begin yelling a little bit. That usualy grabs thier attention, but this time it didn't.
THen I had an idea
So I told em waht to do in a indian accent, like from the quicky mart. They all began to laugh, and actualy started listening, we pulled it together and won the game. hahhaha
so next time they dont listen

    it basicly means if you change your voice to a diffrent accsent. they seem to listen, why I dont know. It just works. That better?

    When I get frustrated when commanding, I just start commanding in a different language (Cantonese). Everyone starts getting angry as I'm giving incomprehensible orders, and we just end up losing horrible.

    I just read about the FOOD principle a few secs ago. I seriously reccomend it. I've already tried this method and half the time it doesn't work. So use the FOOD principal. Deprive them of stuff until they do something. Or you can offer to give them stuff they want (you don't actually give them it). Say something like this:

    You- You guys aren't getting crap until you give me 1 rt, understood?
    Rines- But we need to throughly rape the armory!
    You- What armory? Tell you what, give me 1 rt and I'll Fedex you a Super Vibro Pleasure 2k4
    Rines- Sweet! Let's grab rts ppl!
    You- that's more like it. If you grab me 2 and I'll find you a hot date too.
