look guys, its meant to make them look like a fade, your not going to really copy bits off the model and put them on. i think this guy is doing a great job outa this, as he isnt simply slapping the texture on, hes putting time and effort into this.
your doing a great job man. only thing i can say that doesnt look right on the gorge is its tail
but the thing is cookie, they dont really look like fades. That's what im saying. And doing the hackjob thing isnt not putting effort into it at all, in fact from experience getting a hackjob to look decent is not the easiest thing in the world.

I agree with Bloody. The Skulk looked like a Fade. The Lerk...alright not bad. But the Gorge is just painfully obvious it was darkened. No offence, but It's looking more and more like a recolor with each one. actually it wasnt a double negative really, it isnt not putting effort into it is disagreeing with what cookie said, when he implied (what i got from it) that hackjobs are effortless, when they aren't. Please give me a better way to structure that sentence then saying that making a hackjob isnt 'not putting effort into it".

Plus the skulk has rippling muscles, much like the fade. Again, the Gorge does not. On the skin asjustments, I'm Not sure how to make it look oily like the fade, but the cracks should be easy enough in PhotoShop. And try turning down the tint on the darkness, it's still a little light IMHO. Finally, as stated several times before, don't be afraid of a little selective copy+paste. The blur tool exists to smooth out those rough, choppy edges one normally gets when exporting onto a new image.

This is a good recolour pack tedor, but it's not a fade pack from what ive seen. Of course you havent released all of it so it could change dramatically, but im making observations on the pics you posted. The fade is covered in black shell and veins and cracks and such, if you added those to your skins it would be a lot better.
