The dedicated server will be released a day before so servers WILL be up. And I highly doubt Flayra would release an installer without testing it.

you must understand him... he goes crazy like we all...ns commes out soon... OMG!!.. ok.. *G*.. im sure there will be enough players.. ok, in the first 5 mins it COULD be, if you had a super internet connection and downloaded NS in 2 mins, then, but only then, its possible that you have to wait a few minutes, so that the normal gamers on this world can dowload the MOD...

There are like what....a thousand, maybe more, people on this forum raving about loving NS. I am sure that a few of em might be tempted to set up a server of their own and get a few people playing. I don't think that server problems will be an issue, unless it is there aren't enough servers for the excessive amount of NS fanatics out there....GOD I HOPE THAT DONT HAPPEN!

Calm down people everything is gunna work out fine there WILL be plenty of servers and if no one is playing on them then JOIN one and move around look for stuff in the map ect.

Just calm down take a deep breath because you are all gunna need it when NS comes out and takes that breath away.

I think MonsE has you covered, he's rounding up server admins as part of the blitz, and the server files will be released a day early. Also, over a thousand people are registered here, and a couple hundred actually read and post, and many of them have servers or connections whereby they can get servers. Add to that the fact that NS is quite possibly the last big thing to hit Half-Life, and that even at first glance, it's really cool, and I think you have yourself a playerbase, plus servers to play on.
