<div class="IPBDescription">Gives NS a modern feel</div> Just thought to myself the other day, hmm would like a mp5 in NS, so i converted one.

i dont take any credit.

Model: Snark
Skin: Lonewolf, -={GDF}=-Hopsefloh, Sixshooter, Wannabe
Animations: Gooseman
Armtextures: Robert Olender
Games fusion may not in any way use this model on their site or in any of "their" packs.

ZIP contains P_mg.mdl, W_mg.mdl, V_mg.mdl V_mg_hv.mdl, readme and a new sound

    hmm, looks nice, very nice! ill get some in game screens if yah want. also, can we get someone to hack the tac light being on? if thats alright with you. also get a good host like ns.fatmilk or see if nsarmslab will get ya a host

    Ah... the double clip. But renember that is the 30 round clip, so two means 60 <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    You should be able to find a 50 round version. Many guns come with magazines that are 50 rounds... even AKs I beleive have a larger mag that holds 50 rounds.

    Auesome model though. Think you could find the AK-100 series (including the shorties <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    All the AK shorties look identical, just different chamberings. Just get a pic of the AK-105. However, the only difference is in the magazine shape <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' /><!--endemo-->. Simplest way to do it is, get a pic of an AK-103 and an AK-104 since they are the shorty and normal versions, and use the same type of clip that an AK-47 does, so it'll save you modeling effort (because you'll know the size of the gun relative to an already made AK-47 mag <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo--> )

    Still, good work on the conversion.

    Edit: The AK-104 could be a replacement for the LMG since its shorter

    Also, you could even try the AN-94, as both LMG and HMG. As LMG version just give it dual standard mags. As HMG, give it a belt feed (since the AN-94 can be both belt and magazine fed)

    100 rounds beta-c drums do exists for MP5. I also know that 50 rounds beta-c drums exists but I'm not sure for MP5s...

    2 mags of 30 rounds do makes 60 rounds but u have to reload after 30 rounds anyway, but the reloading is faster. It's not a "double mag", its 2 mags attached together.

    I tried it in-game and I got disapointed by all the bugs it had (unsynchronised and inappropriate sounds, poly bug, makes arm very thin while reloading and the model is too far, we can see the end of the arm in-game)

    I'm turning back to original LMG until the bug is fixed.

    It looks good in the model viewer but in game the gun looks tiny and the clip looks daft. I don't personally like the sound either sorry! Make the gun bigger if possible

    Quick question. The arm skin used in the model is that of the default NS soldiers, but, I have the spec ops pack 2. So it doesn't go well with it.

    Is there, perhaps, a certain file I should have not put in? or is there some way I can make it so the arms skin is that of the spec ops 2 skin pack while still holding the MP5?

Dont listen to all of them, they dont know how much easier it is in real life to load with a daul than with singles (i know cause ive trryed it.) It would be a little cooler tho if u do the thing that firarms does with the daul-cliped ak.

    for u guys, and i know how special u lot are! i will fix the bugs, i thought i did last night for some reason thats why i released the conversion, but now i remember i didnt lol.

    I will hack a single clip version
    I will put the light on
    I will convert a Ak-47 etc
    re-origin the gun

    And the PDW will have a sight, a longer clip that holds 50. AANNDD a re-tractible stock. i will make a version with no stock or one with.

    and the PDW is 1450 polies and the pees and wees are 210 polies so not so high.

    I have decided after all <b>not</b> to add the light.

    A) on the P models, it can be considered a hack because you can see the light round corners/through walls. If its short it doesn't look good.

    b) On v_ models its too obstructive and looks bad on it.

    Looks rubbish on the v_ models though and it obstructs view alot
