First of all... I've been snooping around the forums for a couple of hours now and i must say that i'm not happy about the things that some contributors get to hear even if some of them actually HAVE deserved it.
I presume that there are probably a couple of newcomers since the new (Or maybe i should call it Beta) release of Natural Selection.
Everyone needs to be a little harder on these "newbs" (And the ruder "oldies"). Yeah yeah, i know, we all were newcomers once. But these forums are going DOWN right now. If there is no clear rules, (If you take his candy you go up to your room and stay there [As in: If you flame him or his model you go to the ban corner and stay there]) the newer forumers won't know what's right and wrong. Treat them like little kids.
Not only newbs flame though. I guess that's what makes me angry. The fact that people once trying to stop flamewars have now flamed self (No names, you know who you are.) The only solution i see for these "Oldies" is to treat them the same way as the newcomers. (Eat your soup or i send you to a nice and calm little house down south called Hell.)
I don't think that the way the forum's going the right direction it should be going.
Well, guess that's my "wise" post of the year, and i'm out again.
Good luck Moderators and you "Wiser" members with future flamers and other problems.

and its kinda odd that the admins are locking these threads about the forums going downhill i think they are in denial (watch be get banned for this) well grow up
Chrono5454: Exactly. The main reason i left in the first place was because the flamers seemed impossible to stop. It was no longer fun being part of the little group of serious skinners that was being flamed.
Don't call me a liar. I didn't release any of my work because i was so afraid of being flamed in a war greater than WWII.
Haven't completely left this forum though. I do post if i think it's necessary.
And CCC: If you don't like that i post about this again, please do tell me so as soon as possible, and i won't post no more about this subject. Allthough it IS important for the survival of the Costumization Forum.
I didn't mean to upset you, if i did that in this post, tell me and i'll edit it as soon as possible.
Daza4000: I remember you too, nice to see that someone i grew up in NS with is still left.
I sure miss the 1.X forum days too. Almost everyone was new. Means lesser flames, at least no flames that anyone really cared about.

Although, you are right about that.
Everyone: Try to keep this Topic spam and flame free so that we have someplace to discuss the subject.
I don't know, maybe i'm making a big deal out of this? I just think that this should be a place for modellers to get help to build, finish and release their models. but that's kinda impossible With all the topics getting locked because of flames right now.

I really hate the n00bs always screaming for a realese then when it is they pick at it saying "OMG THIS SUCKS OMG YOUU SUCK LOLZOZLO" It really irratates me. Like when I realese a model I leave it at that, I won't fix a little problem i don't care about for someone.
Exactly. Constructive critism (e.g, that doesn't look right, move it down a bit) is alright, but most of these new comers just moan
That should help. Otherwise, something is wrong with the NS Forum system.
Jimmeh: I don't think newcomers even KNOW what constructive critisism means if i'm gonna be honest. They will bite you like rabid dog's if you don't tell them about it.

because it would help ppl out a little (imo). if u wanted ur hack skinned, u no where to take it. if u want to request summat, u no where to go.
its not going to be 100% fool-proof, but i think it migt help organise this place a little. but like i said this is just my opinion.

because it would help ppl out a little (imo). if u wanted ur hack skinned, u no where to take it. if u want to request summat, u no where to go.

Thats not the problem IMHO though.
The "problem" is people moaning for people to release models, moaning to released their hacked models, moaning that they don't like it without providing constructive critism etc....

Most the time its their first time on a forum, but yeah they should read a little bit.
But I see people saying search etc in a thread that ask for recomindation, like a guy asks for a lmg replacement which people concidor awesome, this is replied with flames and orders to read stickys and search.
