    If one pushes the handle forward to make the drum fall out, how would one make the drum stay put until the handle can be pulled back to lock it in to place? <!--emo&::nerdy::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/nerd.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='nerd.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    um...one can turn the gun over...
    so the drum wont fall off the gun while loading...
    (kinda ugly.but thatz the only way i can think of)

    Thompson drums didn't fall out and didn't need a bar holding them in.Might could looking in to how that worked.

    Except that this isn't a "drum." It's a really big revolver.

    Hmm - this looks absolutley killer!

    May I suggest a Tommygun-like foregrip? (Vertical) - just a thought.

    I like the sideways foregrip idea - very original! <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Let's just pretend there's a complicated internal release mechanism that coincides with the bar to hold the drum (or clip) in for a few seconds while securing the bar. "Suspension of disbelief."

    And no Wolf, it's a drum, not a revolver.

    if it was a shotty it would look alot like the turok 1 auto shotty but i think your right only thing is how do you load single shells into that thing?
    (brings back memorys of the quake 2 shotty discussion)

    like an old revolver pistol, where the revolving part doesnt come out but theres a little area where you can slide in a bullet, but only one at a time.
