<div class="IPBDescription">Got Divx?</div> The AVI file is encoded in the DIVX format. Now if you have the proper decompression you can view it, somtimes, if not it produces unpredictable results.
SOLUTIONS FOR FUTURE VERSIONS:
1. INCLUDE DIVX ENCODING FILES
2. ENCODE IN STANDARD "AVI" FORMAT.
PAINTSHOP PRO CAN DO THIS THEN THE VIDEO AND AUDIO JUST HAVE TO BE PUT TOGETHER, THIS CAN BE DONE WITH THE WINDOWS 95 AVI EDITOR. (Attached)
Hope This Helps!
Id do it myself, but i dont have the original video stream.

XviD is now up to RC1 at the very least.
The safest bet if you want to return the (annoying) intro videos would be to use the microsoft codecs as they come standard with media player. Use the version 7 ones or even the version 6 ones. Or you could make a bink video if steam allows such things.
