I've Been Very Patient, I Need Hambone/flay Help

I founded a clan awhile back, and we been near death several times. We stuck through it, and our clan has survived. We've all worked very hard, and we're glad to say that we managed to all become veterans and was able to beta test 3.0

However, I had problems with steam. We sent our info in, and my clan got all of their vet status things. However, I did not due to steam problems. I soon got them fixed, and sent my info in. I have PMed and E-mailed HAMBONE, and the other one resposible for things.

I have been waiting for months, and I am still the only one in my clan who doesn't have the veteran tag. I know it's "just a little thing", but I worked very very hard for it, and I did in fact earn it, but I have not been given the tag yet. The clan has gone through so much, and I'm proud of us all sticking through it all, but it's starting to get to me that everyone in my clan is wearing Veteran icons, except for me...and I'm a founder of it.

I have asked nicely several times and I have been ignored.

I really do not mean to be rude at all, and like I said....I have been...VERY...patient to receive what I did rightfully earn and waiting to receive what was promised to me.


It's been several months now....can I please get an update when it will be given to me?

For whoever is in charge of it, I can give you proof I do in fact belong to a veteran tag, and that I am in fact a founder of it, and that in fact I did rightfully earn my veteran tag.

    Your not the only one in a similar boat...

    My clan have been VERY VERY patient in just being registered for the 3.0 ATI comp....
    We have received no information on it or whatever... and are somewhat very angry.... I mean cmon its not that hard to register a team...

    yeah, but it's starting to get to me that I'm totally left out on things now because I'm the only one without a veteran tag in my own clan that I founded. It's really actually starting to hurt....how strange that may sound.


    I've just been waiting so long, and I'm hoping it will be fixed.


    the problem was this


    Our clan hit veteran status, and we sent in our info. However, my steam screwed up and it took a week to fix it. Once I did...we sent in my info...but for all these months, I was never updated along with my clan, and now I'm totally left out of the vet matches all because I don't have my tag.

    However guys, bear in mind that this is free, and in <b>their own time</b>. Your frustration is completely understandable, but if they (Flay & HAMBONE if that's who is adding Vets, I don't know exactly) decide they randomly want to take 6 months to do it, they would be completely within their rights to do so.

    Just a thought to bear in mind.

    but i would rather be given some kind of answer like "NO WE AINT ****ing DOING IT"
    or whatever, cause its more annoying not knowing, than not being in.

    Perhaps HAMBONE and or flay need to find someone else to give them a hand or something...?

    Well, I wouldn't mind that but...

    all these other people are obviously getting their vet tags (in which they got theirs AFTER I was supposed to get mine)...so I think there is obviously a problem...and I'm worried I could wait forever and it could be a simple thing as them losing my steamID.

    The process is slow, clans that have vet have not been able to scrim when 3.0 was still a closed beta because active members were not being added and inactives were not being removed. It was suggested numerous times to organize a team of people to manage the process better, but for some or other reason (maybe trust?) it wasn't really followed. Just f.y.i., the people responsible for vet. status are Hambone and Elven-Thief - you could spam them both with messages, and maybe they would do something about it other than blocking you.

    I know that the vet icon means a lot to you, but there are responsibilities involved in keeping it - remember that. So, unless you have been scrimming other clans and providing valuable feedback, you really shouldn't be bothering with it since you'll eventually be deleted (when HB and ET get around to that).

    Psst... NS 3.0 isn't in a release build yet. You should be good to go once more important things (like crash bugs) are out of the way.
