    Of course, you should always 'be looking to improve your NS game'. I've only been in on one of these training sessions, but it was quite fun (even though we lost horribly).

    Yep and if you dont live in EST or GMT time, go to timezoneconverter.com, and then click timezoneconverter just a bit down. UNCHECK the box that says current date/time and type in the time in 24 hour. (so 15:00:00 in the box) The rest is commonsense.
