    Can't I thought of that it's not .cur on .ani format and don't know how to convert it.

    no, you can't because a windows cursor file is a .cur, and the commander cursor is a .srp half-life sprite, you could use the sprite viewer to extract the cursor as a .bmp, then use another program to turn it into a .cur
