Play together!
Since Bnet is one of the biggest online gaming communities around, and I just recently got WarCraft 3, I think we should post our BNet account names, servers, and which games we play on there.

this looks like as good a thread as any to complain about how badly I suck at warcraft 3 multiplayer -- and all RTSs multiplayer for that matter... =P I kick **** at the single player campaign, but as soon as I join an online game, I die in the first 5 minutes... or when I play a random game against the computer on normal AI difficulty, I do just as bad... I think I don't kill enough creeps, and spend too much money upgrading or something... or maybe I just don't know the maps well enough... and I can never concentrate well enough to take care of my defense as well as my offense... and in general I just don't like losing in RTS games... I like building an unbeatable base and amassing an unbeatable army, and only campaigns let you do that =P
it seems the most common winning strategies revolve around building like 10-20 of your race's basic units -- orcs, footmen, etc, maybe with some ranged units too, and that's it... and where's the fun in that? =/ they may as well delete the entire tech tree
in all honesty I've only played like 3 multiplayer WC3 games in my life... because it's depressing to build a base and see it get slashed and burned but, if I keep playing and keep losing, can I assume the game will start matching me up with other major losers who play as badly as me? =P
also, is there a way I could just spectate a computer vs. computer game to see how IT plays? maybe I could pick up some strategies from the AI

I used to feel that way about RTS games when playing multiplayer. But I was determined to get better and now I am. I'm not that good at Warcraft 3. My winning percentage so far is 35% so I have a feeling I'm not doing too bad. But I feel like I have the right to say that I'm a good Age of Empires 2 player.
AoE 2 was fun -- I should try it again :> I bought it used w/ some other games, played it a few times and then sort of forgot about it...
But this account may be deleted already since it has been a long time since I last logged on.
