<div class="IPBDescription">Go ns</div> alright well ive been watchinng these forums for a while now anticipatinng the release of 3.0 and found out today that NS was voted the number 2 best mod of 2003, with desert combat, for the ever popular battlefield, as number one. I just wanted to come here and congratulate the developers all there hard work and all the supporters of the game congrats guys next time we'll be number one!

    Didn't the Desert Combat guys cheat in that poll? They got 37%, that's more than twice as much as NS more than NS, CS and svencoop combined!
    And look at the movies! A god damned Desert Combat PREVIEW got first place!

    Ya, the preview over RvB is crazy suspicious. Desert Combat is understandable, but with the preview winning like that it's put under suspicion as well.

    ur forgetting how desert combat and its preview had such a huge amount of votes in such a short time after the poll started, and how such a large proportion of gamers don't have good enough PCs to play desert combat online so why the hell would they vote for it.

    Some Natural Selection and Desert Combat fans cheated in the poll, but the Desert Combat guys was a lot more dedicated. Good for them! FilePlanet polls are all about cheating...

    Dc is a good mod but if you think about it... For NS to come anywhere near it considering the updated graphics and engine of BF1942. I think its a phenomenal job the NS dev team have done. I own both BF1942 and DC and HL and NS and i play NS a whole lot more.
