Spoon Knife Replacement

<div class="IPBDescription">just what it sounds like...</div> My buddy over at the NSArmslab forums is named Spoony, so i whipped up a quick spoon for him. slightly gltichy anims and skin, which i will fix very soon. You can download the model from my website <a href='http://home.earthlink.net/~ilink109/v_kn.mdl' target='_blank'>Here</a>

BTW the model is under 400 polies (highpoly stuff makes his comp run slow <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'> )

That doesn't look like a spoon. And what did you do with it? The model seems to move when it plays it idle animation.

The one most important and defining feature of a spoon is entirely missing, the actual spoon head. Right now it just looks like an oddly shaped stick.

lol, well i purposely made the spoon a primitive spoon, but if u want, i can make a nice concave version, but im sticking with wood <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'> Im gonna try and fix the animations soon, but do you have any suggestions?

UPDATE: fixed skin with no more V in the middle where the skin met. Changed the overall texture as well. The animations will be fixed shortly, then ill release the final model.

You can download the model from the custom section of the NSArmslab site. i wanted to call it TSA Issue MRE Spoon, but they only put spoon and for some reason, they cant change it <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'>

i realise that. But <u>why</u> have it a cooking spoon? Wood to me just seems like it wouldnt do as much damage as a big metal ladle or something.

Well maybe ill make a metal version, i dunno. However, i fixed the animations, added HA hands (for the V model) and Urd was nice and made custom sprites.
