yo thief, download jed's half-life model viewer, there is an option to scale bones / mesh on it. You can also edit skins so easily, it's not even funny <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
I used 1.7 on the scale mesh, bones. Just type 1.7 into each and hit the buttons, then save the model as b_infportal or the phasegate(don'tk now the model name for that). decompile in milkshape, then open the reference, and rename the textures to anything you want, long as it isn't DM_base or the like. That way, HL won't interpret it as team colors (which is why it's showing up red), and it'll load whatever color it appears as. Enjoy.
