Hate to say it, but i've seen better.

I've seen an entire team of 8 jump into the pit in marine start on nothing at the same time. Now THAT is entertainment.

Especially for the skulk who walked in to see it happen.

While I didn't watch the demo, one of my favorite things was when the commander relocated to that res node that sticks way out over the bottomless pit on ns_lost (Who the hell has bottomless pits on a spaceship anyway?). The marines would spawn and fall to their doom.

On a similar note, I attacked three marines that were building a node there. They immediately go into 'jump' mode and hop twice before falling off

The moral of the story: learn when to not crackbounce. I love knocking people into the pit in nothing.

I get attacked there and jump in on my own. and the funny thing is about 60% of the time they follow me in.

Meh, just supposed to be a quick bit of NS random fun. Sometimes those stalemates get kinda boring, you gotta end them in way that's fun for all!

Good job. I liked it a lot, the timing on the suicides was pretty good too, I was suprised by that. I figured they would have all jumped off at once.

There was this one time we were marines, and were getting raped by onoses, fades and lerks in our base. I spawned and instantly ran and jumped into the bottomless pit (with like 10 hp left ), then our comm beaconed, and we all ran for the pit... but only half of us made it.

Those are definitely why I play NS. Stupid things you can do to make the game more interesting AND fun.
