Request For A Little Hud Design.

I figured maybe if I went to a few artists (as I am most deffinatly not a very good artist.) That maybe this idea would draw more attention, since I honestly feel it really is a great idea. (group of ideas). Anyhow... here the post is.

Okay these ideas came out of one of my members but he wasn't sure where to post these so he asked me to. They are a few short HUD changes that would (IMO) help speed up NS:Combat rounds without any change to the current NS:C class balances.
First idea: Give each team a HUD displaying their CC or Hive health in %, so they can be aware of it.
Second idea: Give each team a HUD displaying BOTH the CC and Hive health, that way either team can SMELL blood, and know when to go on the offensive, this should make combat rounds even shorter.
Third idea: Add an active HUD across the top of the screen like a long bar. Set up this bar to be the "momentum" bar. Start it off in the middle, and the more powerful/more damage done to an enemy the more the momentum bar will move left or right. This gives a somewhat ambiguous (But still helpful) status check of how the combat round is going. Adjust the momentum bar for Hive and CC health, living players and their levels and, recent kills/respawns.
Fourth Idea: Give each team a clock timer displaying the current time until the next wave of reenforcements coming in. Also it would be really nice if it was set up in a way that had a clock ticking, then right below it it had the list of players that would be IN the next wave. That way those respawning could be prepared.
Ideas 1-3 are completely interchangeable and there to offer better information in hopes it improves Combat gameplay. Also, for the idea with the momentum bar, the graphic should be like one side being creepy alien bar, other side being the standard marine bar. (They could even just recycle the exp graphics.)
I think that pretty much covers it all. Ideas? Comments? Feel free to add them.

Okay... so what I'm looking for from anyone willing to give it a shot. Kinda a HUD design with any of those featured ideas put into the HUD, I think a good general area for those items might be just under the mini-map or central top areas. Its up to you how to make it look. I'm hopeful that people will agree and see what a good idea these could be. (yes it would require a good bit of work... mostly from coders) Yet, with how these ideas could help the game without effecting the balance.... simply put I think its worth a shot.
Thanks ahead of time to anyone who decides to try and help with this.

mainhud.spr will need to be broken up... (i think)
frame 3 of mainhud.spr... is ALL that i have edited
stole the little meter marks from the EXP marks from NSC... (might as well, since it'll be FOR combat anyway...)

Think you could try something for idea three and for?
maybe just chop together the two xp bars and have it gradually phase from the marine style to the alien style somehow.. like color from cobalt to the yellowish-brownish.
I have no idea how anyone would do number four.. so the way that looks is completely up to anyone who has the gonads to attempt it. Might be a change to the scoreboard or another area on the hud. Your choice.
I don't hold any high hopes, but its a good set of ideas and I figure the chances that devs might
actually notice them and pick them up are much better if the sprites are already there looking all pretty.
So yeah... at the moment this designing is just something to kill free time.
