Ok problems for me with these,
number 1 they mess up CD 4.8.0,
secound they mess up my modem.
Why and how i do not know, i do know that with the old 45.3s everything works fine and with the new 50 forceware my modem has mega issues connecting, and staying connected to the internet.
It could be a problem with my motherboard drivers but i am unwilling to update these unless im formatting my PC. Which should be soon anyway.
WTH? I wanted to play NS but I can't
I have just installed the new driver ForceWare 53.04 or something.
I have a Ge2TI running on Windows 98se
I can't even run my own server, it will tell me this message before I even join the game, or move the mouse.
freaking Nvidia, I hate this bunch of ****.
Now I have to uninstall the drivers again and there might stay some files of it on my computer and will cause errors <!--emo&:angry:--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif'><!--endemo-->
Does anybody know how to fix this? Is it because of Cheating Death?
Anybody got the same error? Come on just 2 people..
Jasn what OS do you have? 98?

Another game frozen every time while I was playing it too (RedFaction)
It happens when I'm running on drivers higher than 30.82
Nvidia gives a **** on the Windows98 support.
I was looking forward to this driver..thought it could increase the performance and has some bug fixes but..a ****
lick my **** nvidia <!--emo&:angry:--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif'><!--endemo-->
I'm feeling better now <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
One more problem was, when the computer crashed the resolution was back to 800x600 16bit.
Never happened before without doing anything with the drivers.
I am very happy to report that this did fix the round end crash bug for me. I'm running 2k with a gf3 TI200.
If you've been having the round end crash, give these drivers a try and see if they work for you too. If they do pls post about it, or if not too.
I suppose if you're dead set on using CD all the time you'd better hold off till they support the new drivers.
