Crash On Team Join!

I have fixed most of my issues finding the answers on this forum. I however couldnt find the answer to this one.

I can join any game just fine but when I pick a team in the ready room the game crashes and freezes up. When it does this it loops the sound.

Its a pain and it happens on every server I attempt to join.

I dont know this machine well because its a friends but its running WinXP, P4 processor, and Geforce 4 for graphics, Counter-Stike Retail, OpenGL, up to date client, cable connection.

Sorry if its somewhere on the forums but I tried the search and I got a page not found error and I checked over 15 pages for the answer and still didnt get an answer.

    That wont fix it. Its not the graphic drivers problem. If it does the game 3d all nicely like it all ready did then no way reinstalling my graphics drivers will logicaly fix this error. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    BTW, this only happens when I join other peoples games and it worked fine a long time ago until I recently reinstalled NS.
