Here is my next concept, called the Saint. It's a <b>dual barrel, gas powered, rapid fire pistol to replace the LMG.</b>

Basically, it fires two bullets, alternating, and combine it with another , and you got yourself a lot of bullets going really fast <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

Oh yea, and I'm gonna say it now, <i>I know these gun concepts are not realistic, nor are they supposed to be. They are supposed to be based on fantasy, not real life mechanics.     That looks really cool. And you are right about one thing, thay are totally not possible, the bullet would have to like swim around inside or something like that to come out the bottom.
    But it's still a very interesting concept.

    Not only would it be impossible to get the bullet into the bottom barrel, but the bottom ejector would shoot scolding hot casings into your hand. Not very pleasant.

    yea, i thought of that, but when you consider the standard method of a pistol ejecting the casing, you could say "that would launch a hot casing at your face. not too pleasant"

    so basically, the casing ejects at an angle, away from the holder. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

    I have an idea how the bullet would reach the bottom.

    As the first bullet travels downt he barrel, a door opens up, and the bullet drops down the the second barrel.

    The second bullet fired would just fly past the little door and out the nozzle.

    Wash and repeat.

    I know it wouldn't work great, 'cause as the first bullet is dropping, you'd blow your own gun up...

    Actually, he may be on to something, having the ejectors on the side would elimiate the only real problem with it. Also, the bottom barrel could use a little refining, looks a bit too much like a lam or tac light, and not a barrel.

    Not a bad looking weapon.. Although i would sugegst making the slide longer in the aft, and possibly moving the ejection port foward about an inch. Not really for mechanical purposes.. It just looks kinda wierd ATM.

    You know if you were to have two mags and two triggers it would look cool, sorta like a M203 undermount on an m4. But instead of grenades you'd have bullets...

    hmmm, well i updated the concept, with side ejector slides and dual triggers... but personally id go with the single trigger version.

    EDIT: changed it around a little in the trigger area

    OOOO i like it, even if it isnt really possible as a real firearm. THe extended clip could have a little bit more flare to it. Maybe wider or something.
