    Only problem i have is the neck seems to be a bit too long.

    I dont get whats so great with manga :|

    but anyhow.. one thing that always spice up drawing is 3D

    so for example.. the necklace make another ball next to the last one like.. you know.. 3D
    same goes with the shirt make the arm ends look like 3d.. like ovaaaal..

    my brain is pretty freaking fried so i cant explain better hope you understod

    I believe what lordlestat meens is that the necklace needs to look like it is going around the neck. Not like it is straight. I am not an artist but i believe you can get the 3D effect by making the frontmost links bigger and lower. Then make the subsequent links to each side a little smaller, a little farther up and start to make them more ovular so the necklace is actually turning around her neck.

    For the sleaves i believe you could make them dip down in the front. Hence the <i>oval</i> lordlestat was talking about.

    Purely unsexual but right now she honestly looks like a guy around the chest area. Work with some curves so she actually looks like a women.

    I'll make a few comments, don't think I'm picking on you <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> I'm learning to draw anime myself, and these are a few things I've learned:

    - Eyes seems to be too close to the sides of the head
    - Eyes are not on the same level
    - Spend a lot of time on the eyes (I'm not saying you haven't), for a lot of people eyes are the biggest thing about anime characters.
    - Ears are imbalanced and different sizes
    - Each side of the chin is a different shape
    - Eyebrows are different shapes
    - Shoulders are quite masculine, anime girl's shoulders slant / \ a lot. Her shoulders are also quite wide compared to her petite body.
    - Neck is too long and wide, anime necks are thin, usually
    - I'd say boobs too, not trying to sound like a freak, but everything has boobs in anime <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
    - I like the hair <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    i agree with everything fin just said. basically, it's great with the exception of the body. body needs quite a bit of work. if i were you i'd just erase it all and start from scratch (with the exception of the head, and yes, that hair is awesome. ^_^) we want to see pickie tomorrow!
